Neilson ski - Hard work this year with making booking & receiving the goods booked - communication within the organisation requires improvement. Price for trip was good though!

The Neilson reps in Italy on arrival were as helpful as ever; as we came through customs in Turin there were reps every 20 metres to the coaches.... All with a welcoming smile! The rep in the resort was great, happy to help, yet wasn't over pushy... some of the younger girls also thought his charming smile an added bonus to the holiday!!! Shame when booking there weren't as many staff manning the phones at Neilson HQ..... especially when 4 days before departure we still didn't have the right names on the tickets!!! All was well in the end and fun was had by all!! ;D

I've never known Mobbsy to get so stressed as when he was talking to Neilson lol. ;D
